CAMILA'S VINTAGE BARBIE BIRTHDAY PARTY

I loooooove planning parties so needless to say, I started planning my daughter's first birthday when she was only weeks old.  I spent a lot of time (and money),  but I had so much fun planning it. I got most of my ideas from Pinterest of course.

The cake table was my favorite part of the entire party.  I bought a huge piece of plywood at Home Depot and covered it with fabric.  That served as my background.  I then used a mirror that I bought at Target and added the Barbie silhouette that I ordered from Etsy.

The hot chocolate bar was the most popular.  I don't know if it was because it was so cold or because of the Baileys...

This was a huge hit! All the kids loved getting in it and taking pictures with all the props.

I made these cupcakes myself thanks to the baking skills I acquired at the Dog Bakery I worked at for a year.

Thanks to my amazing baker Yesenia for this beautiful cake.

  1. My planner really was there every step of the way. And because of her help we were able to hold the wedding just as I had imagined it all along. I am extremely thankful to the party planner and the assistants for their help.
